The scout runs DuckDuckGo searches across two profiles:

• Researcher — fellowships, research grants, competitions, training for an independent computational neuroscience researcher (CCT/OIQB)
• Startup — incubators, accelerators, biotech grants, VCs for a pre-seed AI drug-discovery venture

Each result is scored by Claude (Haiku, via your subscription) and those with fit ≥ 3/5 are added to the pipeline as new programmes for review. Falls back to keyword matching if the claude CLI is unavailable.
